Zoho Assist instructions
- You've setup your remote support appointment.
- When it's time for your appointment, you'll receive a Session ID. Upon entering it at battaglioli.weebly.com/123, a file will download and you'll need to grant me permission to remotely control your computer.
Security notice: This system is highly secure, upon my disconnection of your computer, I will not be able to reconnect unless you request another support session. Phone SupportLive chat not effective? Not fast enough? Not a problem! Thanks to Google Voice, we now offer free, over the phone support! You can call us at (518) 831-0502. You'll get connected to either me or my voicemail. I may not always be able to answer all calls so that is we you will have to schedule an appointment here to get phone support. You can call me and leave a message at any time and I will get back to you!
When to call me?You can call me anytime! Although I am near my phone almost all the time, I cannot guarantee I'll answer when you call but if you leave a message, I promise I will call you back in person! You can call me for anything, whether it be you haven't gotten an email from our newsletter, you have a problem, or just want to chat! I'm here for you!
